This flat on the first floor of a house is the perfect place for those who want to visit Avignon and its famous Palais des Papes, walk on the no less famous bridge, discover the Côtes du Rhône road and the beautiful villages of Vaucluse, Bouches-du-Rhône or Gard!
Located only a few hundred metres from the walls, in a quiet dead-end street, this townhouse enjoys a garden with a swimming pool at the front.
It is fully air-conditioned and is divided into 2 flats, the first floor being rented separately in the off-season, and together during summer. The ground floor flat is then occupied by one of the owners, who is absent during the day and very discreet when back in the evening.
Upstairs, a covered balcony with a table where you can enjoy your first morning coffee, a large living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, filter and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster, food processor,...), a large table, a wood stove, a bedroom (queen-size bed) with dressing room, a double bedroom (1 queen-size bed or 2x80 cm beds) with cupboard, a shower room (walk-in shower, vanity and WC).
In the garden, a swimming-pool heated on demand (additional charge depending on the season) secured by immersed alarm, tables and chairs, sun loungers. Shade is provided by the large surrounding trees.
WiFi, table, bed and bathroom linen as well as pool towels are available for the stay.
Rate for June and September: €1,800/week.
Other rates according to season on request.
Exit cleaning: € 80 to be paid upon arrival. Tourist tax/adult in addition.
