A cosy nest in the heart of Eygalieres! This cleverly renovated village house can be rented either in its entirety for 6 to 8 people, or for 2 people in the "studio" part with bedroom (140 cm bed), shower room (walk-in shower and sink), toilet, living room with kitchenette and terrace overlooking the courtyard with plunge pool, or for 4 or 6 people in the fully air-conditioned "duplex" part which is accessed by a lift, with office, bedroom (160 cm bed), shower room (double sink and walk-in shower), toilet with sink, large living room with sofa and armchairs, TV, open kitchen opening onto a terrace leading down by stairs to the courtyard with pond, and on the second floor, another bedroom (160 cm bed), a bathroom (bath, shower and double sink), toilet with washbasin, a living room with convertible sofa (unenclosed room) offering a beautiful view of the Old Village and, in the distance, the Saint-Sixte chapel, the Luberon and the Ventoux.
When only the duplex is rented, the studio is unavailable for privacy reasons.
In the courtyard, a shaded terrace, table and chairs for dining, sun loungers and reclining armchairs, an outdoor kitchen area with a sink, a plancha and an electric barbecue. The pool is equipped with counter-current swimming, and secured by a submerged alarm. In the presence of young children, a fence can also be installed. On request, and at an additional cost, the pool can be heated at the beginning or end of the season at a rate of €100/week.
Shops, cafes and restaurants, a weekly market, concerts and exhibitions on your doorstep, the blue of the sky and the song of the cicadas, it's bliss in Provence!
Table linen, bed linen, bathroom linen and pool towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
Price according to number of rooms.
For information, the high season rate for the whole house for 8 is €2,142/week, the duplex for 4 is €1,428/week. End-of-stay cleaning for the whole house: €120 extra.
Tourist tax: €3.31/day/adult.
