In the charming village of Maussane, this 1920s house is within walking distance of the center and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Passing through the porch with an outdoor table and chairs, you enter to the right into the fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, multifunction microwave oven, dishwasher, small appliances), and to the left of the entrance, the living room with a wood burner, a sofa, two armchairs, and a very practical desk for those working remotely.
From the living room, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers, and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower with seat, vanity unit, and toilet) accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a clothes rack, a two-door cabinet with two drawers, and after five more steps, a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm bed, ample closets, wardrobe, separate toilet, and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower and vanity unit).
Outside, there is a room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, an additional fridge with freezer compartment, storage, and electric meters.
In the garden to the west of the house, you'll find a 7 m x 3.5 m pool heated on request (extra 150 €/week) and secured by an underwater alarm, sun loungers and deck chairs, the pool equipment room, and a pergola for relaxing in the shade.
Families with young children will find a baby cot, high chair, and baby bathtub on site.
