In the Sénas countryside, this large, charming agricultural property offers independent accommodation that benefits from the peaceful countryside surroundings.
On the ground floor there is a large living room opening onto the garden, which is a lounge with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartments, 5-burner gas stove and large oven, microwave, dishwasher, household appliances), a bedroom (2 x 90 cm beds or 1 x 180 cm bed) with French window onto the garden, a toilet and a shower room with washing machine.
Upstairs, a large living room which will accommodate those who are teleworking or want to read or write comfortably away, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 90 cm beds or 1 180 cm bed), toilets and a shower room.
The terrace in front of the house is shaded by a pergola and a large plane tree. An elegant little pool provides a refreshing dip.
The house can be available only on the ground floor for 2 people or in its entirety for families or several couples, the price therefore depends on the number of people occupying it.
It provides the peace and quiet of the countryside but also allows you to quickly reach the main roads which quickly lead to the region's festivals: Aix-en-Provence, La Roque d'Antheron, Avignon, and the villages of the Alpilles and the Luberon.

2025 rate for the entire stay: €3,500/week in July and August. Other rates vary depending on the number of occupants, season, and duration.
Rental for several months possible at the rate of €2,000/month plus €300 charges.
