Within walking distance of the centre of Saint-Etienne-du-Grès, this charming old "mas" (Provencal farmhouse) of 180 sq. m. has been restored to highlight authentic materials while offering modern comfort.
On the ground floor, it includes:
   - an entrance,
   - a kitchen opening both to the south onto the outdoor terrace and to the west onto the covered terrace. This kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner stove and large gas oven, an electric oven, microwave, American-style fridge, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, kettle, toaster, cooking robot, food processor, juice extractor, and more.
   - a spacious living room with a traditional ceiling, partly a lounge with TV and partly a dining area,
   - a laundry room with washer-dryer, ironing board, steam iron, and a sink.
The upstairs opens onto:
   - bedroom #1 facing south with air conditioning, a 180 cm bed, wardrobe, and bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet),
   - bedroom #2 facing east with air conditioning, a 180 cm bed, wardrobe, and bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin),
   - bedroom #3 facing south with air conditioning, two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed, wardrobe, and bathroom (shower and washbasin),
   - bedroom #4 facing north with air conditioning, two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed, wardrobe, and bathroom (shower and washbasin),

The 2,000 sq. m. garden is designed to enjoy both sunny and shaded areas thanks to mature trees and vegetation. The south-facing terrace with its large table is set beneath beautiful plane trees. The 13 x 4 m swimming pool is heated on demand and secured by two submerged alarms. Comfortable sun loungers surround it.
To the west of the farmhouse, the outdoor lounge with sofas and armchairs is the perfect spot for sipping a drink, reading, and relaxing.
WiFi, charcoal barbecue and gas plancha, petanque boules, badminton rackets and shuttlecock, inflatable games all add to the comfort and enjoyment of this mas.
Bed linen, bath towels, and pool foutas are provided for your stay.
Garden and pool maintenance once a week is included.
Mid-stay cleaning and linen change are included for stays of two consecutive weeks or more.
Rates for 2026:
From €3,200/week off-season to €7,200/week in peak season.
Tourist tax: €3.74/adult/day extra.
