Within walking distance from the centre of Saint-Etienne-du-Gres, this charming old "mas" (Provencal farmhouse) of 180 s.m. has been restored to highlight authentic materials while offering modern comfort.
On the ground floor, it includes:
   - an entrance,
   - a kitchen opening both south onto the outdoor terrace and west onto the covered terrace. This kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner gas stove and large electric oven, a second electric oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster, cooking robot, food processor, juice extractor, and more.
   - a spacious living room with a traditional ceiling, partly a lounge with TV, partly a dining area,
   - a laundry room with a sink, washer-dryer, ironing board, and steam iron,
   - a toilet.
The upstairs opens onto:
   - bedroom #1 facing south with air-conditioning, 180 cm bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet),
   - bedroom #2 facing east with air-conditioning, 180 cm bed, wardrobe, and adjacent bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit),

The 2,000 s.m. garden is arranged to enjoy both sunny and shaded areas thanks to the mature vegetation. The south terrace with its large table is set beneath beautiful plane trees. The 13 x 4 m pool is heated on demand and secured with two submerged alarms. Comfortable sun loungers surround it.
To the west of the mas, the outdoor lounge with sofas and armchairs is the perfect spot for sipping a drink, reading, and relaxing.
WiFi, a charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha, petanque balls, badminton rackets and shuttlecock, and inflatable games add to the comfort and enjoyment of this farmhouse.
Bed linens, towels, and pool foutas are provided for your stay.
Garden and pool maintenance once per week are included.
Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are included for stays of two consecutive weeks or more.

Tourist tax: €3.74 per adult per day, extra.
