Why go to the ends of the earth when this large house designed like a tropical house with its veranda and its exceptional aquatic environment are right there, very close by, in the Camargue? Here, for a large part of the year, we often live outside! The veranda that runs all around the house brings together family and friends who come to enjoy the cool shade, the shelter during the mistral days or the occasional rain: we have lunch there, we dine there, we lounge there, we play there, we draw there, we dream there...
Whether outside or inside, this generous house also shares with you the imprint of past generations, the travel memories of its occupants, the traditions of a region.
On 300 m², you will find an entrance that opens onto the large living room of 72 m² with its lounge around the vast fireplace, the TV almost superfluous as the environment is beautiful, the table where the whole family can find its place, a small games table, a piano topped with delicate portraits, a desk. The kitchen, also generously sized, will allow you to prepare pistou, stew or aioli, unless you prefer to grill on the large outdoor barbecue nearby. In the sleeping area of the house, the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and TV, large closets, private bathroom (bath and shower, sink, separate toilet and bidet) is located at the east end of the house. Then follow a second double bedroom (160 cm bed), large closets, chest of drawers, TV, bathroom (shower, bathtub, washbasin, separate toilet and bidet), a third bedroom (160 cm bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, shower room (shower and washbasin), a fourth and a fifth bedroom (140 cm beds) which share a shower room (shower and washbasin), toilet. The sixth bedroom is accessed via the mezzanine which overlooks the living room (160 cm bed), closets, sideboard with TV, large shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet). This bedroom is the only one in the house which requires air conditioning because it is under the roof and, as such, benefits from a Tropezian terrace with a view of the ponds. From the entrance, a seventh extra bedroom (2 beds of 80 cm or 1 bed of 160 cm) with bathroom (shower and sink), hides the washing machine and the dryer in a cupboard.
Will you manage to explore the 25 hectares of land? You will surely spend a lot of time under the veranda to the south, or perhaps to the east with the ping-pong table and table football, near the pétanque court? Or on the tennis court to play fierce games? And surely also a lot of time by the 12.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool and its delightful outdoor patio that will transport you to Indonesia or Thailand! The more daring or the most romantic will take a boat to explore the vast pond, and surprise herons, ducks or egrets. So, ready for adventure?
