The open kitchen, fully equipped, includes a separate laundry room with a stone sink, washing machine, and dryer, and leads out to the south-facing terrace with tables and chairs.
On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom (140 cm bed) with an ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, basin, and toilet), a bedroom (160 cm bed) with a wardrobe, a bathroom (walk-in shower, double basin), separate toilets, and large closets.
Upstairs, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms (160 cm beds), a family bathroom (walk-in shower and double basin), and separate toilets.
An air conditioner at the entrance of the living room cools the ground floor, another one on the landing cools the upstairs bedrooms.
On the south-facing terrace, partially shaded by a pergola covered in plants, you can enjoy lunch or dinner overlooking the pool and the garden with Mediterranean vegetation.
The 8 x 4 m pool, secured with an automatic cover, features a built-in seat with massage jets. Close to the pool, a covered terrace with outdoor sofa and armchairs, a shower, and toilets.
Automatic gate at the property entrance. Parking with an electric outlet for electric or hybrid vehicles (charges billed on departure), a barbecue, a fountain, and a petanque court complete the outdoor amenities of this house.
Table linen, bed linen, and towels are provided for the stay.
