The ground floor includes:
- the entrance with a small laundry area featuring a washer, dryer, laundry tubs, and a large closet, a closed storage space with practical shelves for storing suitcases and provisions, and a toilet,
- **bedroom #1** (160 cm bed) with a shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit) and a French door providing direct access outside,
- the living room with sofas and a kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer compartments, Nespresso coffee machine). This living area opens wide onto the covered terrace on the garden level, where you can enjoy shaded lunches and cook on the electric plancha combined with a gas barbecue.
The staircase leads upstairs to:
- a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, 4-burner induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, multifunction food processor, etc.) that opens onto the suspended terrace offering an exceptional view of the Calans of the Alpilles,
- **bedroom #2** with a 160 cm bed,
- **bedroom #4** with a 140 cm bed,
- the family bathroom (bathtub, double vanity),
- the toilets,
- the master bedroom (160 cm bed), accessible through a large dressing room and featuring its own private shower room (walk-in shower and double vanity).
On the 600 m² plot, there is a garden with an 8 x 4 m pool offering complete privacy, secured by a rolling shutter, and a space to easily park 4 cars.
Outdoor tables, chairs, armchairs, and sun loungers furnish the terraces and poolside areas.
Table linen, bedding, towels, and pool towels are provided for the stay, with linen changes at the end of the week for stays of two consecutive weeks or more. Pool and garden maintenance are included.
Available in July and August, priced from €3,800 to €4,600 per week.
Tourist tax for 2026 extra: €2.45 per adult per day.
