On one level, it offers a large, bright living room of 70 m² with:
- the living room (2 comfortable sofas and a large armchair, fireplace, TV),
- the dining room (table for 8 to 10 guests, dressers),
- the kitchen (Lacanche 5-burner gas stove with integrated griddle, oven, hotplate oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
This living room opens to the south onto the terrace and the garden with Mediterranean species, and onto a covered awning with a gas plancha, a second refrigerator, a sink, a table and chairs, an outdoor lounge.
From the living room side:
