In Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, at the foot of the Alpilles, on a 2,500 m² plot of land where Mediterranean vegetation flourishes, is this 160 m² Provençal villa, very pleasant in all seasons thanks to its underfloor cooling/heating system.
On one level, it offers a large, bright living room of 70 m² with:
- the living room (2 comfortable sofas and a large armchair, fireplace, TV),
- the dining room (table for 8 to 10 guests, dressers),
- the kitchen (Lacanche 5-burner gas stove with integrated griddle, oven, hotplate oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
- a first bedroom facing east (160 cm bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with one side hanging space and one side shelves),
