Here is a house to accommodate your tribe! Within walking distance of the village, it is nevertheless very close to the Alpilles. A beautiful entrance with wardrobe and powder room leads to a large living room with dining table, billiard table, table football, deep sofas and smart TV. The kitchen is equipped accordingly with a large oven, a steam oven, a low temperature oven, a microwave, a 5-burner induction hob, 2 dishwashers, an extra-large fridge, a wine cellar, all appliances and necessary utensils and a pantry. Close to the kitchen is the utility room with a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.  Past the living room, the summer lounge with bar can be fully opened onto the south terrace which offers a superb view of the garden and the Alpilles. A corridor serves the downstairs bedrooms: the master (king size bed) with built-in closets, widescreen TV, en suite bathroom (double vanity, walk-in shower, separate toilet) and private terrace, a second bedroom (queen size bed) with en suite shower room (walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet) and private terrace, a third bedroom (140 cm bed) with en suite washroom (vanity unit, toilet) and a desk, the ideal place for those who are teleworking, a fourth bedroom (queen size bed) with en suite shower room (walk-in shower, double vanity, toilet) and a fifth bedroom with a lounge and a bathroom (bath, double vanity and toilet) on the ground floor and a loft with 2 single beds (or 1 king size). Upstairs, a sixth bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king size) with en suite bathroom (charming clawfoot tub, washbasin and toilet), two work spaces on the landing, a gym (rower, spinning bike, weights, Pilates ball, dance bar and mirror, mats) to keep you fit, and a bathroom (bathtub, double washbasin, walk-in shower).

On the large terrace, the outdoor seats are shaded by the old plane trees, the perfect place for a drink, the family table is set under the pergola for cheerful meals, a gas BBQ is available to grill the local produce of the weekly market. The 12 x 6 m swimming pool, heated on request from May to October with an additional €300, is secured by a fence and surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, a table and deck chairs. To the west, the boules court under the oak tree, the ping-pong table, a smaller terrace with darts and 4 adult bicycles complete the sports facilities. Whether to accommodate or to entertain everyone, this house is the perfect one!

Air-conditioning, fibre Wi-Fi. House linen, towels and pool towels provided for the stay, 4 hours of cleaning on Tuesdays and Thursdays included, linen change on Saturdays for multiple-week stays.
