The entrance leads into a small living room with a fireplace, large-screen TV, and guest toilet.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for large families or groups, featuring a stove with two ovens. It opens onto a shaded terrace with a must-have gas plancha and provides access to the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron). On the other side of the entrance, there is a large living room with a fireplace and two sofas, followed by a dining room with its original vaulted ceilings, a half-bath, a reading and media lounge, and a cosy air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room, opening south onto the terrace.
Upstairs, there is a toilet, an air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower and double sink), an air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) which shares a family bathroom (bathtub, double sink, toilet) with the children's bedroom (pull-out beds), the only room without air-conditioning but which is facing north.
Further along the hall is an air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, double sink, toilet), an air-conditioned bedroom (two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet), and the air-conditioned master suite (180 cm bed) with a large dressing room, a separate toilet, and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, sink, walk-in shower).
The 3-hectare grounds feature one of the most beautiful gardens in the Alpilles, including a rose garden, an orchard and various charming places to sit in the sun or in the shade.
The 14 x 7 m pool is secured by fences and gates, the pool house includes large sofas, sun loungers, a table-top fridge, a sink and a toilet.
The other amenities of the garden are a tennis court, a petanque ground, a ping-pong table, and a playhouse dedicated to the younger ones.
Broadband internet, bed and bath linen as well as pool towels are provided for the stay.

Pool heating is included in June and September, with an extra charge for other periods.
