Located 1.8 km from the center of Eygalieres on a one-hectare garden, this mas (Provencal farmhouse) has retained its traditional French charm while providing nowadays comfort.
A beautiful entrance hall with powder room leads to a large living room with fireplace and TV opening onto the garden through French windows, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, also opening onto the garden and a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor meals, and a laundry/pantry with washing machine, tumble dryer and ice maker. Also on the first floor, an air-conditioned bedroom (queen-size bed) opening onto the garden with shower room (basin, walk-in shower and toilet), and an air-conditioned bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king-size bed) with shower room (basin, shower).
Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom (king-size bed) with bathroom (double washbasin, bath, walk-in shower and toilet) and an air-conditioned bedroom (queen-size bed) with shower room (washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet).
Accessible from the outside, the Orangerie can comfortably accommodate a further 4 people independently. It features a living room with TV, a kitchen that folds away into an elegant cabinet, and two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room (basin, walk-in shower and toilet), the other with 2 single beds or 1 king-size and en-suite shower room (basin, walk-in shower and toilet).
The outdoor amenities of the large flower-filled garden include a terrace in front of the kitchen/dining room with table, chairs and plancha, a covered terrace in front of the living room with "radassiere" and armchairs, a wooden terrace under the trees with garden furniture, table and chairs under the trees in front of the facade, a 4.5 ×14 meter heated swimming pool secured by an automatic cover, a 40 m² open pool house with toilet and sun loungers, a petanque court and the car park accessible by automatic gate.
Bed linen and towels are provided once a week, as well as an intermediate cleaning service for 2 or more-week rentals.
Pool heating included from 15 April to 15 October. For other periods, heating will be charged at €700 per week.
The house can be rented with 4 or 6 bedrooms.
