In the countryside, 2.3 km from the center of Eygalières, you will find this family farmhouse with a facade shaded by its tall plane trees and a majestic lime tree that scents the air in June. Covering 300 m², the ground floor includes an entrance with a library, a shower room (toilet, shower, and sink), an air-conditioned bedroom (140 cm bed) with a private shower room, a large and bright living room with a fireplace, a dining area open to the fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip and capsule coffee makers, 2-burner induction and 2-burner gas hob, Sodastream, Magimix food processor, …), a utility room with extra storage and household appliances, and a technical room.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a master bedroom (160 cm bed) with air conditioning and bathroom (shower, bathtub, vanity unit, toilet), an air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with an ensuite bathroom (bathtub, sink, and toilet), an air-conditioned double bedroom (2 x 80 cm beds or 1 x 160 cm bed), an air-conditioned double bedroom (160 cm bed), another air-conditioned double bedroom (140 cm bed), a family shower room (shower, vanity unit, and toilet), and a toilet room (toilet and sink).
In front of the farmhouse, the south-facing terrace is delightfully shaded by the large trees. A big table and chairs invite you to enjoy aperitifs, meals, or a good book.
To the west, near the kitchen, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and drying lines.
The 13.5 x 5.5 m pool, secured with an automatic cover, is discreetly located to the east of the farmhouse. Sun loungers and a swinging seat are perfect for relaxing. The pool house features a well-equipped summer kitchen (sink, fridge, hob, small electric plancha, coffee machine), a large table, a hammock, and in the technical room, a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The one-hectare grounds guarantee peace and numerous activities for both adults and children: ping-pong table, petanque court, basketball hoop, hide-and-seek among the fruit trees, or simply dreaming away under the starry sky at night.
Available year-round. High season rate: €7,200/week plus €500 cleaning and linen fee. Other rates available upon request.
