- a pantry/laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron),
- a climate-controlled bedroom with 180 cm bed, opening onto the garden, with TV and adjoining shower room (double sink, walk-in shower, separate toilet).
Upstairs are:
- a climate-controlled bedroom with 160 cm bed and adjoining shower room (double sink, walk-in shower and toilet),
- and a climate-controlled bedroom with two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed and adjoining bathroom (bathtub, sink, and toilet).
In the enclosed garden of 700 m²:
- a 8.5 x 4 meter pool secured by an automatic cover, heated from May 1st to October 15th (extra charge of €700/week outside these dates),
- an 18 m² open pool shelter with sun loungers,
- a covered terrace with table, chairs and plancha, garden furniture,
- two parking spaces.
Bed and bath linens are provided for the week; any additional change: €35.
