Located within walking distance of the center of Eygalieres, this contemporary, fully air-conditioned 200 sm contemporary house is the perfect place for holidays with family or friends: on the ground floor, guests' toilets, a first double bedroom with shower and washbasin cabinet, a large living room with a table for 10 people, 2 sofas facing the fireplace and the television, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen (3-burner gas hob plus 1 electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, etc.), a laundry room with large American fridge, washer and dryer and a master suite with dressing room and shower-room (walk-in shower, double sink, toilet).
Upstairs, a double bedroom, a shower room (shower, washbasin cabinet, toilet), two other double bedrooms sharing a family shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin cabinet, toilet).
Outside, the 11 x 4 m heated swimming pool is secured by an automatic cover. Large terraces surround it, a pergola provides shade, a large covered terrace shelters the summer kitchen/dining room with sink, refrigerator, gas barbecue, tables and chairs. In the evening, the petanque ground brings you together for a few lively games while your spectators sip a local rosé. The grilled meats, flavoured with thyme and rosemary picked from the scrubland, give off delicious smells. In the background, the Alpilles now show warm colours, the stubborn cicadas sing long after sunset, you look up to admire the twinkling stars and breathe a sigh of pleasure: you are really well...
