Located within walking distance from Eygalieres centre, this fully air-conditioned contemporary "mas" (Provencal farmhouse) of 200 m² is the perfect place for a family or friends getaway: on the ground floor, guest toilets, a double bedroom with shower and vanity, a spacious living room with a table for 10 and two sofas facing the fireplace and TV, a semi-open fully equipped kitchen (3-burner gas cooktop plus 1 electric hotplate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, etc.), a laundry room with large American-style fridge, washing machine and dryer, and a master suite with walk-in closet and bathroom (walk-in shower, double vanity, toilet).
Upstairs, a double bedroom, a bathroom (shower, vanity, toilet), and two other double bedrooms sharing a family bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity and toilet).
Outside, the heated 11 x 4 m pool is secured with an automatic cover. Large terraces surround it, a pergola offers shade, and a spacious covered terrace houses the summer kitchen/dining area with sink, fridge, gas barbecue, table and chairs. At the end of the day, the petanque court brings everyone together for lively games while the fans sip local rosé. The grilled dishes, scented with thyme and rosemary picked from the scrubland, fill the air with delicious aromas. The Alpilles in the background glow with warm colors, the persistent cicadas keep singing well after sunset, it's the perfect moment to look up at the twinkling stars and sigh with contentment: you're truly in a wonderful place…
