900 meters on foot from the center of Eygalières, with a lovely view of the Alpilles and the Old Village, this single-story house enjoys a large plot of 8,000 m² featuring typically Mediterranean vegetation.
A spacious living room, partly dining area and partly sitting area with a fireplace, opens onto the covered terrace and extends into a vaulted ceiling TV lounge. The equipped kitchen (fridge with 3 freezer drawers, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.) leads to a laundry room with washing machine and storage, opening onto an east-facing terrace.
In the sleeping area, a hallway serves a toilet with a washbasin, a first bedroom (180 cm bed and wardrobe) sharing a shower room (shower and sink) with the children's bedroom (2 beds of 90 cm, closet). A third bedroom (140 cm bed, closets) has its own shower and sink. Finally, the master bedroom features a dressing room and a bathroom (shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, toilet, and bidet).
The terrace running along the house houses a large table, an electric plancha, plus two small tables.
The 9 x 4 m swimming pool is secured with barriers and an underwater alarm, and is surrounded by large terraces with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Parasols available. Pétanque court.
