This spacious living room opens both south onto the shaded terrace under a grapevine trellis with a family table and bench, and to the west.
On the ground floor, you'll also find a first air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with its own WC and bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit), a second air-conditioned bedroom (180 cm bed) with a walk-in closet and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit), plus a laundry/boiler room (washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, household water softener, ice machine).
Upstairs, there are toilets, a third air-conditioned bedroom (180 cm bed) with connected TV, en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit), and a small fitted balcony overlooking the western view, as well as a fourth air-conditioned bedroom (180 cm bed) with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit).
