A first bedroom on the ground floor (160 cm bed) with a private shower room (walk-in shower, double sink, toilet) opens onto a private terrace. The upstairs landing is set up for remote work and provides access to a second bedroom (160 cm bed) with its own shower room, the third and fourth bedrooms (each with either two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed), a toilet, and a large family bathroom (bathtub and double sink). The fifth bedroom (two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed) has its own bathroom (bathtub, sink, and toilet). All bedrooms are air-conditioned for peaceful nights during the hottest summer days.
Outside, the 2-hectare property with its olive grove and charming garden of Mediterranean plants offers a sweeping view over the Alpilles. The south and east terraces are furnished with tables, chairs, and outdoor lounge seating. The 12 x 5 m pool, heated on demand and secured by an automatic cover, extends to a large covered terrace with a summer kitchen and lounge area. Under the shade sail, a table generously sized for convivial meals. The pétanque court faces the olive grove, while the ping-pong table is nestled under tall trees.
