Large family or friendly parties, welcome! Here is an authentic farmhouse, a real Ali Baba's cave, to accommodate you, get a complete change of scenery or have fun, all this very close to one of the most beautiful spots in Eygalieres!
The family kitchen, fully equipped and extended by an authentic bar, communicates on one side with the dining room, and on the other with a large living room with a beautiful fireplace. These 3 rooms open onto the east terrace, partly open, partly roofed, where have meals at any time of the day and even late in the season. A technical room near the kitchen serves as a boiler room, laundry and storage room.
A first suite on the ground floor includes a master bedroom (king-size bed) opening onto 2 small courtyards, a child's bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A second suite upstairs, with air-conditioning, includes a master bedroom (140 cm bed), a bathroom and a dormitory (2x140 cm beds + 1 single bed) on the mezzanine. A third suite, also upstairs and with air-conditioning, offers a master bedroom (queen-size bed), a large bathroom, a children's bedroom (1 120 cm bed and 1 single bed). A seventh bedroom (queen-size four-poster bed) with mobile air conditioner and bathroom is accessible from inside the house or from the outside. Unexpected friends? You will accommodate your guests in the genuine gipsy caravan (140 cm bed) parked near the boules court and the children's swings!
The 10 m x 6.50 m swimming pool (2.20 m maximum depth) is secured both by fences and gates and by an automatic shutter. In May, June and September, it can be heated on demand for a flat rate of €150/week. Close to it, a pool house with large sofas and a bar, a fully equipped summer kitchen (sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, charcoal barbecue, microwave, etc.) with shower and separate toilet, a football table, and a semi-covered terrace whose table surrounds a beautiful olive tree. A ping-pong table is also available for sports enthusiasts!
2024 rates: from €3,600/week off season to €6,000/week high season.
Out of season, 3-night minimum rentals are possible. Price on request.
